Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos or videos so we can review the issue. If approved, we'll provide a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
